Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937)

Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs : This retelling of the classic Grimms’ fairytale is the one that started it all. Not only was it the first full-length animated film from Walt Disney Studios, but also the first animated feature ever produced in Technicolor. While many doubted that an audience would be interested in a nearly 90-minute cartoon, it earned $8 million dollars internationally, making it the highest grossing movie of all time up to that point.
